The various graphical libraries we have in cenbuild haven't been updated in a while. We should update them so they aren't blocking other things.

librsvg is part of the GNOME ecosystem, which means there are a lot of dependencies blocking an upgrade. It also requires rust in current versions.

We might be able to upgrade it a bit, but it's a lot of work and hence skipped here.

We have a bunch of tools in the graphics/ directory as well. I'll skip those this time and just focus on the libraries.

Everything is now in place and builds fine.

Actual testing of thinlocal will be done on bug 8576.

Had a look at the TAG (PDF and html) and did not find anything out of the ordinary.
