Tested web access (build 3887) on a Samsung Tab S7 (Android 13, One UI 5.1.1) and could not see the panning hand visible, even if I manually resize the session to be larger than the tablet. It happened whether I had a keyboard attached to it or not.

I could only see this with Edge (v 131), and not on Firefox/Chrome.

Curiously enough, the panning hand was visible as expected on a Pixel 6 (Android 14) phone running Edge 131.

It looks like the problem is because Edge on Android tablets defaults to using Desktop mode.

Switching back to mobile mode, the hand is visible as expected.
