The scope of this bug is simply to enable passing of a start command when creating a ThinLinc session via the HTML5 client; UI design and integration will be handled seperately.

Works well as far as I can tell.

Security needs to be considered here as well or users could be tricked in to clicking a link with some malicious command attached as a query parameter.
