The native client allows you to pass many parameters to the server, such as "start program" and session size. tlclient.cgi also allows you to specify start_program. The HTML5 client does not support any of this, currently. We should add support for this, both in order to allow passing these parameters in the URL, and also considering providing a web GUI for this, similar to the native client option dialogs.
