Someday, we might want to consider packaging and shipping VirtualGL with ThinLinc. One idea is to include it on the same CD, use the same installer etc, but perhaps require some extra step to activate it, since the idea is that we should charge extra for customers using this package (getting support etc). Currently, the consensus is that we do not have the resources to do this.
