Description Inge Wallin cendio 2006-06-19 16:56:56 CEST
I have heard complaints at several times by customers, mostly course attendants,
that they miss some sort of help functionality in the tl-* scripts. It would be
good if the users could at least get a list of available options, preferrably by
typing tl-foo --help, which is the standard.

On a system with both the ThinLinc server and client installed, I tested the --help command on all commands starting with tl* or tl-* in PATH. It works for most after bug 7889.

But --help is still missing for the following:

tl-desktop-restore
tl-disconnect
tl-gen-auth
tl-memberof-group
tl-show-licenses
tl-single-app
tl-sso-update-password
tl-while-x11

Note that it is also missing for the below commands, but these should not be in PATH (see bug 3070):

tl-collect-licensestats
tl-desktop-activate.sh
tl-desktop-builder
tl-shadow-notify
tl-wait-smartcard
tlclient-openconf
