We currently have this section on "checking licenses" in the upgrade chapter: https://www.cendio.com/resources/docs/tag/install_upgrade.html#upgrade-licenses It does a bad job at communicating how you check your license versions in practice. Considering that we now have both `tlctl license` and a fancy web administration UI for checking license versions, I'm sure we can do better than this!
