Comparison between 4.18.0 and 4.19.0

It seems the browser displays the page before everything is properly loaded from our web server. This causes the UI to shift slightly in an annoying way, see the attached video.

This is noticeable both when it happens with fonts and with images. In Chrome, I see it mostly with the fonts, and in Firefox, it seems to be the images instead.

It happens on both Web Admin and Web Access. However, in Web Access, the user isn't expected to navigate between pages in the same way. In Web Access, I've seen the issue when repeatedly refreshing the login page.

This looks to be a regression from bug 5711 where we changed how our web server caches files. I cannot reproduce the issue with ThinLinc 4.18.0.
