oncrpc-ms is a library that's implements sunrpc on Windows, which we need for unfsd. But unlike other dependencies, we have it stored in the ThinLinc source tree instead of cenbuild. To make things more clear and easier to work with, we should move it there like everything else.
All done. Still builds nicely.
Tested server build 3959 on RHEL 9 and client build 3850 on Windows 10. Local drives worked as usual. The commits look good, closing.
