Screenshot of the Administrator's guide on my Galaxy S22

Opening the administrator's guide in Chrome 132 running on my Samsung Galaxy S22 results in:

- A horizontal scroll bar
- No visible ThinLinc logo at the top
- Improper margins and an overall bad visual impression

Ideally, we want the documentation to be responsive.

The proof-of-concept I did prior to migrating the TAG to Sphinx is still up here:

For some reason though, we implemented the new framework, but not the theme. The themed version looks much better in general, especially on mobile devices, apart from some diagrams which are still too wide. My preference would still be to use this theme[1] for the online version of the TAG, noting that it doesn't have to apply to the PDF version (if we decide to keep it).

The worst issues seem to be connected to mobile devices. I cannot get them when opening the documentation in a narrow window in a desktop browser.
