When creating filters for smart card certificates, you need to provide issuer attributes in free text. This is not very intuitive and likely requires access to a separate tool to find out what the card you want to create filters fore use. We should make it easier for users to select among attributes. For example, by adding the ability to list and select available attributes, given an already inserted smart card.
