GNOME wayland prompt

Using server build 3887 and client 4.18.0, I am unable to receive any caps/num lock events from the server using the native client.

From inside the session, running
> xdotool key Caps_Lock
will trigger a local caps lock toggle, but it won't toggle the caps lock state on the client machine.

I tested this on Fedora 40 Wayland, and on Fedora 41 with X, with the same results (GNOME on both).

Testing vncviewer/TigerVNC (1.14.1), I was able to toggle caps lock with xdotool from the remote session using a client running on X.

On a side note, running xdotool on the host machine running GNOME Wayland will result in a prompt popping up. Toggling "Allow Remote Interaction" and clicking on "Share" makes it possible to toggle caps/num lock with xgotool.
