In the past ~2 weeks, Windows 11 have started complaining about our signature. It shows the orange UAC prompt saying:

> Do you want to allow this app from an
> unknown publisher to make changes to your
> device?
>
> tl-4.18.0-client-windows.exe
> Publisher: Unknown

The following signed installers show this problem:

* ThinLinc client 4.18.0rc2
* ThinLinc client 4.18.0rc1
* ThinLinc client 4.17.0
* ThinLinc client 4.16.0
* ThinLinc client 4.15.0
* TigerVNC nightly

However, the following works, Windows does not complain about the signature:

* ThinLinc client 4.14.0
* ThinLinc client 4.13.0
* Firefox
* Google Chrome

On both Windows 11 machines in our lab we have updated to version 24H2, and on both machines we see problems.

Johans laptop has version 23H2, and does not show the issue. Our signatures seem fine there.

This seems to indicate that it is somehow caused by the latest Windows update.

I've informed Brian, who signs the TigerVNC builds. He'll also see if he can figure out what's going on.
