If an agent has no swap configured at all, then tlwebadm will mark it with a yellow color, and the text "Swap at critical values".

This is probably not useful for a sysadmin as the agent is likely explicitly configured without swap.

Same as bug 8125: swap is no longer tracked by the load balancer.

Swap values are no longer displayed by tlwebadm since bug 8542 due to reworking of the load balancer in bug 4429. Closing.
