All ThinLinc services and timers are always installed, regardless if it's an agent or master, such as tl-license-graph. This may be confusing, as these services can be started but doesn't have a meaningful purpose.
One thing to also keep in mind is that tl-setup can be run multiple times. So we might need to disable and stop services as the user has changed the type of ThinLinc node.
