The proper release of Fedora 41 is scheduled for this week: https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-41/f-41-all-tasks.html
Test that the following works: ✅ Basic function (Graphics, Mouse, Keyboard) ✅ Network transport ✅ Server installation (and setup) ☑️ Session startup [1] ✅ Sound redirection ✅ Input (mic) ✅ Output ✅ Drive redirection ✅ Printer redirection ✅ Web integration [2] ✅ OpenGL [3] ✅ Nearest printer [4] ✅ Access control ✅ Restricted shell (thinlinc-login) [5] ✅ Restricting SSH Daemon Port Forwarding ("PermitOpen") [6] ❌ Smart card redirection [7, 8] ✅ Authentication [9] ✅ Interactive ✅ Password ✅ OTP ✅ Public key ✅ Smart card ✅ Kerberos [1] By default, you get "No executable profiles" since only GNOME Wayland is installed. After GNOME X11 is installed (sudo dnf install gnome-session-xsession) things work fine. The above steps were done on Fedora installed from a "Fedora 41 Workstation"-ISO. Due to the changes made to DNF in Fedora 41, another Fedora install was also tested, this time from a "Fedora 41 Server" ISO. This ISO is more minimal. The installer and tl-setup from build 3791 worked fine, no errors in the logs. All ThinLinc services were started, and a ThinLinc login worked well.
