comparison of the gesture images (3 different versions)

This was broken out from bug 8026.

The “hands” have different sizes in the gesture images in the PDF version of the TAG. See the attached image.

I think the gesture “hands” from 4.14.0 all looked quite similar in size. Before r40329 it seems we had 3 different sizes of hands in the gesture images. But now, after r40329, we only have two different sizes..

They should look consistent.

This is not an issue with the HTML version of the TAG.
