We have observed that browsers on mobile devices change the font size in some places.

Seen with:
- Safari on iPhone iOS 15.7.3
- Safari on iPhone iOS 16.3.1
- Edge on Android (comment #194 on bug 7909)

The error "Agent is down" is larger than other text

It should be the same as the table header and other content in the table. I highlighted two areas with text that should be the same size.

A mix of font sizes that should be the same.

For example, the purple highlighted areas should be the same font size. The footer with current version should be smaller than other text.

This issue only seems to appear in "desktop site" mode on Android, but seems to always happen on iPhone. iPads display things correctly, though.
