Some pages state there are no table items available and display no table at all, while other pages display an empty table consisting of the header row with no statement about the lack of table items. The latter case looks a bit broken, as if something hasn't loaded properly. The way empty tables appear (if they are displayed at all) should be consistent across pages, and the lack of table items should be apparent to the user.
