If I do Alt+Tab on ChromeOS, Web Access sees the Alt press, and then nothing more. I didn't have anything else open, which meant that it didn't actually change the application. That meant that Web Access never lost focus, and hence the Alt was not released that way either.

It's easily resolved by pressing and releasing Alt again, but it is still annoying as it's not obvious what is wrong.
