We currently set an initial size of 880×530 for our wizard
(i.e. tl-setup and tlinstaller). This is somewhat unorthodox as things
are commonly done the other way around by letting the window contents
dictate the window size. To make matters worse, the window grows beyond
the given initial size when too large widgets are added. Thus, we want a
more conventional and robust solution.
