I ran into this bug when removing binary files from the client to test that features were correctly disabled on Windows 10.

I removed all .exe-files from our client (except for tlclient.exe). When I started the client and went to Options -> Local Devices, I expected to not see any settings there, since the handling for those had been removed. However, 'Printer' was still shown as an setting, which most likely is wrong.

On Windows we use 'pdftocairo' instead of 'pdf2ps' that is used on Linux. This might be why the behaviour on Windows is different than on Linux.
