When doing a text install on agent machine the title for admin email is shown but on an agent you don't need to enter an email. This empty title can lead to confusion.

Fixed now. Tested latest build on RHEL 8. Ran tl-setup twice. One time choosing agent as server type, the other time choosing master. Only when choosing master anything about the "Administrator Contact" is printed.

Verified that the bug exists in 4.12.1.

Works as intend in build 2108. Is shown in master mode both in manual and automatic mode. Is hidden in agent mode both in manual and automatic mode.

Tested on RHEL 8.
