This old tool is unused, untested, and irrelevant. We have decided to remove it since having old scripts like these polluting PATH is just confusing.

I can verify that the everything about this script is indeed removed. 

Tested:
- Installing new server and checked for script in installed files.
- Grepped 'tl-crossover-drives' in source code.
- Checked that documentation about the script is removed.
