Shadowing is generally used as a support function where administrators can help users. As such it is important that the administrator and user can easily communicate. Right now they have solve this outside of ThinLinc somehow, or clumsy methods like alternating typing in a text editor in the session. It would be better if ThinLinc had some built-in communication method, e.g. a chat window.
