Placeholder bug for discussion around building ThinLinc for the POWER architecture.

PowerPC seems to be gaining some traction, with the OpenPower foundation now exceeding 330 members. Many of these members are in areas where ThinLinc is traditionally strong, such as universities and HPC. There may be opportunities for us here if we were to include Power as an officially supported architecture.
