Description Pierre Ossman cendio 2019-11-29 09:58:32 CET
We are currently using 3.5.18, but 3.6.10 is the current version. We should upgrade.

We should also have a look at upgrading dependencies such as nettle and libtasn1.
Comment 2 Pierre Ossman cendio 2019-12-02 10:35:42 CET
Tested smart card certificate parsing on Fedora 30 (for libtasn1).

Tested both Web Access and tlwebadm using:

 * Firefox on Fedora 30 and Windows 10
 * Chrome on Fedora 30, Windows 10 and macOS 10.15 (see bug 7449 though)
 * IE on Windows 10
 * Edge on Windows 10
 * Safari on macOS 10.15

Seems to work well.

Tested both Web Access and tlwebadm using:

 * Firefox on Fedora 30, Windows 10 and Android 8
 * Chrome on Fedora 30, Windows 10 and Android 8
 * IE on Windows 10
 * Edge on Windows 10
 * Safari on macOS 10.15

Also tested the performance with glxgears before and after fix for these, no visible changes. Works well.
Comment 4 Pierre Ossman cendio 2019-12-09 13:03:50 CET
libhogweed also uses nettle and needs to be rebuilt.
Comment 5 Pierre Ossman cendio 2019-12-09 13:05:05 CET
Scratch that. libhogweed is part of nettle. Yet I'm still getting link errors. Will have to investigate.
Comment 6 Pierre Ossman cendio 2019-12-09 13:33:36 CET
False alarm. It was a bad build script in upstream tigervnc that somehow worked before.
