Clicking the session when the address bar has focus doesn't work in IE and the focus remains in the address bar. You have to click the control bar and then the session to be able to input things again.

Could reproduce with IE on Windows 10. But as of bug 7550 we are dropping support for IE, so this bug is no longer relevant.
