The default behaviour of Xvnc is already -nolisten tcp since bug 5241, so it is a bit misleading that we also have it in the default xserver_args. Removing it no longer has any effect, instead users have to add -listen tcp to get X11 over TCP.

Looks good. Verified using build 6127.r34202 on Fedora 30.
