Description Pierre Ossman cendio 2019-05-08 13:29:17 CEST
A default installation of SLE 15 will not have access to either PyGTK nor python-ldap and tl-setup will therefore fail to install these.

This means that our GUI:s (e.g. the profile chooser) fails to work, as well as tl-ldap-certalias.

PyGTK is available in "Workstation Extensions", which is an add-on product that requires a separate subscription from SUSE.

python-ldap is available in the community supported "Package Hub".

We've decided that requiring "Workstation Extensions" is acceptable as we assume most users will have that anyway if they are deploying a desktop environment.

We need to add a platform specific note though so that users know that these repositories need to be enabled.

A platform specific not has now been added suggesting to add these repos.

Platform specific note looks good.
