A lot of our configuration can be modified using our Web Administration interface, but not Web Access.

The full list of config parameters in webaccess.hconf is:

* cert
* certkey
* login_page
* listen_port
* gnutls_priority
* log_to_file
* logfile
* log_to_syslog
* syslog_facility
* syslog_socket
* syslog_host
* defaultlevel

Logging settings are not exposed for Master and Agent pages in Web Adm. so the following settings should probably be available:

* cert
* certkey
* login_page
* listen_port
* gnutls_priority
