Dialing up the logging to DEBUG in web access gets you log lines like these:

> 2018-05-23 13:08:18 DEBUG tlwebaccess[18115]: [::ffff:10.47.1.240] Sent 53 bytes to TLS client
> 2018-05-23 13:08:18 DEBUG tlwebaccess[18115]: [::ffff:10.47.1.240] Sent 2559 bytes to TLS client

That is simply too verbose and hides everything useful (and fills up the log).

Verified the problem using 4.9.0 and verified that it is a lot better after upgrading to build 5793.
