Windows 2016 doesn't seem to have support for automatic reconnects. However we still try in the event of network errors, which gives this confusing error output:

> Disconnected due to network error, retrying to reconnect for 70 minutes.
> Connecting to server using NLA...
> Core(debug): tcp_connect(), trying ossman (10.47.1.240)
> Tried to reconnect for 70 minutes, giving up.

This was all printed at once, not with a 70 minute delay.

This got fixed as as a side effect of the fixes in bug 7094.
