In rdesktop, IPv6 support is hidden behind a configure flag (--with-ipv6). We don't enable that flag in the rdesktop included in ThinLinc, so our rdesktop can't connect to Windows hosts that are IPv6-only.

rdesktop (and associated tools) is being removed from the ThinLinc product.
