The first step when administrators are troubleshooting should be to check our platform specific notes. We should mention this in our documentation.
The link from tl-setup links to https://www.cendio.com/thinlinc/docs while the link added to the TAG points to https://www.cendio.com/thinlinc/docs/platforms. We have decided that it isn't good that these differ from each other. The link from tl-setup should be updated as part of this bug.
