Sometimes the background color in tlwebaccess is different than the white background we were hoping for. The reason is that we've blindly assumed that the browser will default to white, rather then explicitly coding it.

Might want to check tlwebadm for the same issue.

Upgrading to latest build does indeed fix the issue. Tested with MATE on RHEL 7.
