The license graphs in tlwebadm are created from data read from /var/log/thinlinc-user-licenses. That file is only updated when sessions are added or removed from the session database.

When a system administrator adds license files to their cluster, they can't see the licenses in the graphs until the first login/logout. This is confusing if you don't know that the graphs aren't the canonical source of license information.

It would be better if the graphs could update when new licenses are being added, either through a service restart or by vsmserver picking up the new license on its own every 12 hours.
