The shadow user function uses tlclient.cgi which runs on local webserver, from there a tlclient.cgi script is generated and then you are supposed to be redirected back to tlwebadm. However there is a port number missing in redirect so you will end up on the apache service instead of tlwebadm with a 404.

Do we need to depend on tlclient.cgi and local installed apache for shadow function through tlwebadm ?
