A limited Options window is available from the F8-menu when connected. These options are still accessible after hiding or locking them.

Steps to reproduce:
1. tlclient --lock screen --hide options
2. Note that the options-button is now hidden from the client login GUI
3. Login
4. Press F8 and note that Options is available in the menu
5. Press Options and switch to the Screen tab and note that it isn't locked
