We found a case when printing a pdf from evince through thinlocal, the print resulted in a blank page. It seems that it is related to what printer driver is used on the windows machine and that the document needs to be mangled with evince. Printing the document directly does not affect the output.

Currently our pdftocairo is build against 1.14.6 but I also build a version that uses the latest stable 1.15.2. With this version, the print result are as expected.
