Found while testing bug #2769.

Tested on Windows 2003 R2 x86_64 from our vmware image. Reproduced by:

1. Install WTS tools
2. Enable Windows remote audio through control panel for sound
3. Enable tlsnd using registry file

tlsnd is removed on Bug #5597 rendering this issue  as wont fix.
