Description Karl Mikaelsson cendio 2016-04-20 12:44:13 CEST
Tested on RHEL7, ThinLinc 4.5.0post-5097 server, ThinLinc 4.5.0post-5094 client.

The volume control in the top panel of both gnome-shell and "Gnome Classic" does not affect the sound volume of the audio playing inside the session.

Lowering the volume all the way down will however mute the audio, so it's behaving more like a mute/unmute button rather than a volume slider. Both paplay and youtube in firefox are affected by this problem.

Happens with pavucontrol as well, so not Gnome specific. It also doesn't happen with other clients (Fedora 23 and Windows 10 tested). So it seems to be specific to something on the client. We've seen the issue on our Wyse D50Q running SLETC11SP3.
