We have default configuration and documentation for /vsmserver/agentcomm_bind_hostname but nothing in the code actually uses the variable. Presumably it was removed at some point.

AFAICT this was never ported over in the big rewrite for 2.0 back in 2007.

No references to agentcomm_bind_hostname left anywhere in trunk/ctc - looking good.
