Right now the sink name with a Linux client is commonly: "Built-in Audio Analog Stereo on <user>@<client machine>" After bug 4194 it gets worse with: "Built-in Audio Analog Stereo on <user>@<client machine> on <user>@<server machine>" We should have something less scary. Either a fixed string, like "ThinLinc Virtual Sound Card", or just crop the "on..." portions if we think it's useful to see the local client sound card name.
The name in the description must have been referencing some intermediate case. In the same release we also did bug 5589, which changed the name to "Tunnel to 127.0.0.1:12345/". Still bad though, so we want to improve it.
