Server: thinlinc-4.3.0post_4733, Ubuntu 14.10 (i686)

If Full Screen and Send System Keys aren't both active at the same time, pressing Super_L will result in both the Windows Start menu being opened and Super_L being sent to the ThinLinc session at the same time.
