Consider to change server input field to Fl_Input_Choice to give end-user access to MRU (Most recent used) server names.

See bug 445 for having a "settings-profile" for each saved server.

Upstream TigerVNC now does this. The look of a Fl_Input_Choice is very different from how most other such "recent values" input boxes work though.
