Currently, the client platform and version is sent to the server, and available through tl-session-param, for example:

$ tl-session-param -a /client_params/capabilities
sound/
printer/
smartcard/
localdrives/
client_lang = sv_SE.utf8
client_platform = Linux
client_version = 4.3.0post
serial/

However, the client build number is not included. It should be.
