A lot of URLs have been changed on www.cendio.com and we need to update the references in ThinLinc that directs to these. E.g. platform specific notes and support.
Our Wikipedia article also points at a URI that gives 404.

tlwhitepaper.pdf isn't updated.

Looks good now. Verified that all the new links work and that none of the old links can be found in the product. There is some inconsistency when it comes to how we use http and https but that's not in the scope of this bug.
