We have two slightly different strings in TigerVNC and tlclient.bin:

msgid "quality (0=poor, 9=best)"
msgid "quality (1=poor, 9=best)"

That is bad in it self, but the translation are also off in that they are the same even though the source strings are different.

Confirmed that both issues are fixed.
