Bug #5222 adds handling of reinitialize of RDPDR channel and prevents sending iorequest responses back to server if abandoned. However there are now potential resource leaks on the rdesktop side eg. pcsclite contexts that is not released for abandoned requests etc. which needs to be taken care of.

rdesktop (and associated tools) is being removed from the ThinLinc product.
